What information do we collect?

OCCS does not collect personally identifiable information (such as name, address, telephone number, etc.) unless you provide such information voluntarily. We do not request or store sensitive information from our visitors, such as credit card or social security numbers. OCCS does not have any agreements with third parties to share, sell or trade any personal information.

OCCS does not knowingly collect any personal information from or allow registration from children under the age of 13.

OCCS Membership Accounts may be created through our website. To create the account, OCCS requests information such as a contact name, the name of the organization and/or employer of the individual creating the account, address, phone, fax, e-mail and website information.

IP addresses and web cookies

Each time a request is made to view a page within this website, our website creates a log file capturing generic user information. This information does not disclose "personal identifiers" (such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.).
