The 2018-2019 Ohio State Report Card was released on September 12th. Here are some of the OCCS sponsored school highlights:
Highlights:
- OCCS sponsors 1 of the 7 community schools that got an A in Overall School Grade (Stepstone Academy).
- OCCS sponsors 2 of the 7 community schools that got an A in Achievement (Stepstone and Columbus Preparatory Academy).
- OCCS sponsors the ONLY community school to get an A in Performance Index (Columbus Preparatory Academy).
- OCCS sponsors 1 of the 6 community schools to get an A in Improving At-Risk K3 Readers.
- Columbus Preparatory Academy has the highest PI score out of all community schools.
- Columbus Preparatory Academy has 10th highest PI score out of all Ohio schools (includes elementary, middle and HS).
- Stepstone Academy scored in the top 1% (19th/1650) in K3 Literacy.

- TPFA’s PI was 27.8 points higher than the district
- Trotwood (1 school): 100% outperformed district in OA, Achievement and Progress (PI was 15.7 points higher).
